RS2G34 (Run-IC) ↔ 74LVC2G34 (TI): Практически идентичные параметры. Питание 1.65-5.5V, propagation delay ~3.4ns @5V, output drive ±24mA @3V, 5.5V tolerant inputs. Ioff partial power-down. Отличия: ESD HBM ±2000V (Run-IC) vs ±4000V (TI). ICC max 10µA — совпадает. SOT23-6/SC70-6 корпуса — pinout идентичен. Skew между каналами ~1.5ns (Run-IC) vs 1ns (TI) — для низкоскоростных цепей не критично. VOH/VOL: VCC-0.1V / 0.1V @100µA — совпадает. Рекомендуется для pin-to-pin замены в LED driver applications, clock buffering, signal conditioning.
