AD9251 ↔ RS1522

AD9251: dual 14-bit ADC, 1.8V supply, SNR 74.3dBFS @9.7MHz, SFDR 93dBc, power 33mW/ch @20MSPS, 73mW/ch @80MSPS, 700MHz analog BW. RS1522 даташит: SNR 75.4dBFS @9.9MHz (лучше AD9251!), power 72/108mW. Отличия: У RS1522 INL ±0.8%FSR vs ±0.7%FSR у AD9251 — немного хуже. Проверить: aperture jitter (критично для IF sampling >100MHz), channel-to-channel crosstalk, clock divider functionality (1-8), LVDS/CMOS output compatibility. SPI timing может отличаться.
