ADS8320 ↔ RS1430A

ADS8320: 16-bit, 100kSPS, 2.7-5V, microPower, quiescent current 850µA@5V, 100µA@10kSPS, power-down 0.3µA. RS1430A: заявлен аналогом 3 разным 16-bit ADC. Отличия: ADS8320 обычно в MSOP8, ADS8326 в MSOP8/SON8. Проверить: clock frequency range (0.02-2.4MHz), conversion time (16 clock cycles), acquisition time (4.5 clock cycles). Noise: 20µVrms у ADS8320 — проверить у RS1430A. SINAD 84dB @1kHz.
