HGSEMI AT24C02CM5/TR: полный функциональный аналог в компактном SOT23-5. Напряжение 1.7-5.5В, частота I2C до 1МГц, температурный диапазон -40~+105°C — соответствует оригиналу Microchip. Дополнительно: 16-byte Identification Page с возможностью перманентной блокировки, 128-bit Unique ID. Критично: в SOT23-5 отсутствуют пины адресации E0-E2, фиксированный I2C address 0x50 (write). При множественных устройствах на шине требуется I2C мультиплексер или разные банки.
