LM2901B-Q1: B-grade automotive quad comparator, supply до 38V/±18V, VOS ±0.37mV, ESD 2kV HBM, response 1µs. LM2901V-Q1 (Run-IC): аналог 3 разным quad компараторам. Отличия: B-grade имеет значительно лучшие specs (VOS 0.37mV vs 2mV). Проверить: если LM2901V-Q1 — B-grade аналог, pin-to-pin. Если стандартный LM2901 — VOS будет хуже. ESD clamps, max rating до 40V. Temperature range: -40°C to +125°C.
