LMV344 ↔ RS324A

RS324A (Run-IC) ↔ LMV344 (TI) [Quad, 1.1MHz, RRIO]: LMV344: GBW 1MHz, SR 1V/µs (в 2 раза быстрее RS324A!), Vos ±1mV typ (max ±4mV), IQ 127µA/канал. RS324A: GBW 1.1MHz, SR 0.5V/µs, Vos ±4.5mM, IQ 60-110µA. LMV344 имеет встроенный EMI/RFI фильтр и может drive 500pF capacitive load. RS324A — нет EMI фильтра. SR LMV344 в 2 раза выше (1 vs 0.5V/µs) — в пиковых режимах с быстрыми transient RS324A может не успевать. Vos у LMV344 лучше (±1mV typ vs ±0.8mV typ RS324A — сопоставимо). Главное ограничение: отсутствие EMI hardened у RS324A.
