MIC29151-3.3 ↔ SGM2123-3.3V

MIC29151: Vin до 26В, dropout 350мВ (typ) @ 1.5А, Iq ~17мА @ 750мА. Защита: reverse battery (-20В), load dump (+60В), thermal shutdown. SGM2123: аналогичный pinout с EN и FLG. Отличия: у SGMICRO выше ground current при малых нагрузках — проверить thermal SOA на 1.5А. Обе имеют Super Beta PNP выходной каскад. Выходная ёмкость: мин. 4.7-10мкФ тантал/керамика. При замене: проверить ESR выходного конденсатора — SGM2123 может требовать <10 Ом ESR для стабильности.
