TC654 ↔ OCH2985

TC654 (Microchip) ↔ OCH2985 (OCH Micro) [разные корпуса, fan driver]: TC654: PWM fan speed controller, temperature proportional (30-100% PWM), FanSense (RPM monitoring), overtemperature detection, I2C/SMBus interface, MSOP-10. OCH2985: DC fan driver, PWM input, 1A, SOT-23-6. Ключевые отличия: (1) TC654 имеет I2C/SMBus для конфигурации и RPM feedback, OCH2985 — нет I2C! Если система читала RPM через TC654 — OCH2985 НЕ подходит (нет tachometer input). (2) TC654 — temperature proportional control (аналоговый VIN -> PWM), OCH2985 — digital PWM only. (3) Корпус разный: MSOP-10 vs SOT-23-6 — НЕ pin-to-pin. (4) Overtemperature detection: TC654 — есть, OCH2985 — проверить. (5) PWM frequency: TC654 — 30Hz (audible!), современные fan drivers — 20-25kHz. OCH2985 — проверить. Замена только для базового PWM fan control без RPM monitoring и I2C.
