RS8T245-Q1 (Run-IC): аналог 74LVC8T245-Q100 (TI Automotive grade). Важное отличие: TI 74LVC8T245-Q100 имеет квалификацию AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) для automotive applications. RS8T245-Q1 помечен как "-Q1" но НЕОБХОДИМО проверить наличие реальной AEC-Q100 квалификации и PPAP documentation от Run-IC — без этого замена в automotive grade приложениях (ADAS, ECU, instrument cluster) НЕВОЗМОЖНА. Если квалификация отсутствует — статус "Требует адаптации". Электрические параметры идентичны: 8-bit bus transceiver, DIR/OE referenced to VCCA, VCC isolation, Ioff circuitry, data rate до 380 Mbps (1.8V→3.3V). Для non-automotive industrial applications (-40°C to +85°C) — pin-to-pin замена без ограничений.
