ADS1146 ↔ SGM58050

ADS1146: 16-bit ADC, 2kSPS, 2 differential inputs, PGA (gain 1-128), internal reference, 2x IDAC (excitation currents), burnout detect, SPI, supply 2.7V-5.25V, -40°C to +125°C, designed for RTD and thermocouple. SGM58050: аналог от SGMICRO. КЛЮЧЕВЫЕ ОТЛИЧИЯ: (1) ADS1146 — precision RTD/TC ADC с matched IDAC для ratiometric measurement; проверить наличие matched IDAC и their matching accuracy (<0.1%) у SGM58050 — критично для 3-wire RTD; (2) input multiplexer: ADS1146 имеет 2 diff inputs с analog mux, SGM — проверить channel count; (3) burnout detection: оба (проверить); (4) PGA gain range: 1-128 у TI, проверить у SGM; (5) offset/gain calibration: ADS1146 supports self and system calibration, SGM — проверить; (6) noise specs: ADS1146 3.2µVpp (gain=128, 5SPS), SGM — проверить. Для RTD applications — matched IDAC is KEY, без него — замена невозможна.
