LMV331-Q1 ↔ RS331-Q1

LMV331-Q1 (TI) — automotive single open-drain comparator, supply 2.7-5.5V, 130uA typical, propagation delay 200ns typical (very fast for low-voltage comparator). RS331-Q1 (Run-IC): single open-drain comparator, supply 1.8-5.5V, 50uA typical. Оба AEC-Q100 qualified. Отличия: LMV331-Q1 значительно быстрее (200ns vs ~3us у RS331-Q1 — в 15x!), но потребляет больше (130 vs 50uA). Input offset: LMV331-Q1 9mV max. Для high-speed automotive приложений (overcurrent protection, fast fault detection) — RS331-Q1 может быть слишком медленным. Для slow control loops и level detection — adequate.
