LMV554 (TI) ↔ RS524 (Run-IC): Оба low-power quad ОУ с R2R I/O. LMV554: GBW=3MHz, SR=1V/µs, Iq=37µA/amp, Supply 2.7-5.5V, Vos=±3mV max. RS524: GBW=3.6MHz, SR=1.8V/µs, Iq=~250-300µA/amp, Supply 2.5-5.5V, Vos=±0.8mV typ. ОТЛИЧИЯ: (1) Iq у RS524 в 6-8x ВЫШЕ (~250µA vs 37µA) — КРИТИЧНО для battery-powered! LMV554 значительно экономичнее. (2) GBW и SR у RS524 выше. (3) Vos у RS524 лучше. (4) Оба unity-gain stable. Pinout в SOP14/TSSOP14 совпадает. Замена допустима только если потребление не критично.
