MCP634 (Microchip) → RS824 (Run-IC) [Quad 24MHz, SOP14/TSSOP14]: MCP634 — quad op-amp, GBW 24 МГц, потребление 2.5 мА на канал, supply 2.5-5.5V. Rail-to-rail выход. MCP634 имеет high output short-circuit current — позволяет drive значительные capacitive/resistive loads. При замене на RS824 проверить: output drive capability, slew rate. Также: MCP634 работает до +125°C — убедиться, что RS824 имеет аналогичный температурный диапазон для industrial/automotive применений.
