NC7SZ00: UHS NAND, tpd=2.4ns @5V, proprietary EMI reduction. RS1G00: tpd ~2.5-4ns, без EMI reduction. Остальные параметры (drive, VCC range, Ioff) идентичны. В чувствительных к EMI приложениях может потребоваться дополнительная фильтрация. Полная pin-to-pin замена для цифровых схем.
