TJA1048 (NXP) [Dual CAN 5V, 1 Mbps, Standby mode, SOIC-14] ↔ SGM65HVD1048 (SGMICRO) [Dual CAN 5V, SOIC-14]. Отличия: (1) TJA1048 — dual channel CAN transceiver с общим Standby pin; SGM65HVD1048 — аналогично. (2) Per-channel characteristics: NXP — each channel fully ISO 11898-2 compliant; SGM — проверить cross-talk между каналами (<-40dB). (3) Standby current: NXP 60uA (both channels); SGM 100..200uA. (4) TXD dominant timeout: NXP 3..8ms per channel; SGM 5..12ms. (5) ESD: NXP 8kV IEC per channel; SGM 4kV. (6) Automotive: NXP AEC-Q100; SGM — проверить qualification. (7) Channel-to-channel isolation: NXP >60dB; SGM — проверить, может быть хуже. Рекомендации: проверить cross-talk при двух одновременно активных CAN шинах; использовать CMC.
